A double-door gift box for a four-bottle layout, built in rigid greyboard wrapped in metallic-finish paper with hot-foil stamping — made to order for duty-free and export channels.
This packaging programme was developed for Guotai, a zodiac-themed release built for duty-free and export channels. The brief centred on protecting a four-bottle layout in transit while presenting the bottle as a gift the moment the box is opened.
Structure
The pack is built as a double-door gift box sized to a four-bottle layout. A velvet-flocked tray holds each item in place, so nothing shifts in transit and the contents sit square when the lid is lifted.
Materials
Rigid greyboard wrapped in metallic-finish paper gives the box enough rigidity to stack and ship without corner crush. Wall thickness and board grade are selected to match the weight of the contents.
Printing and finishing
Branding is applied with hot-foil stamping, finished with a textured embossed pattern across the lid. Colour is managed to CMYK with Pantone spot matching available for brand-critical elements.
Made to order
Size, board grade, insert shape and finishing are all specified per project. We produce from a low minimum order quantity, provide a pre-production sample for approval, and ship worldwide from our Shenzhen, Guizhou and Chengdu facilities.
