Incoming material inspection
Board grade, caliper and moisture are measured against the purchase spec before a pallet is released to the floor.

On-press colour check
Every run is pulled and compared with the signed proof under D65 lighting before the sheet count is approved.

AQL 2.5 final sampling
Finished cartons are sampled to AQL 2.5 for structure, print and finishing defects before packing.

Pre-shipment report
You receive photos of packed pallets, the QC summary and carton markings before the truck leaves.

Advanced printing equipment, 20 years of craftsmanship expertise
Suofon operates industry-leading equipment including Heidelberg CD102-5+LX presses, Manroland 700-9+1 presses, and advanced colour management and CTP plate-making systems for prepress and printing. For post-press processing, we are equipped with a full suite of automated production machinery including: fully automatic UV screen printing machines, fully automatic hot foil stamping machines, fully automatic embossing machines, laminators, die-cutting machines, box gluing machines, and card box production lines.
