A custom pack developed for a curated set, specified for travel retail. The brief focused on shelf differentiation and a clean, repeatable unboxing sequence.
Structure
The pack is built as a folding carton with a tuck-in lid sized to a curated set. A velvet-flocked platform holds each item in place, so nothing shifts in transit and the contents sit square when the lid is lifted.
Materials
Recycled kraft board gives the box enough rigidity to stack and ship without corner crush. Wall thickness and board grade are selected to match the weight of the contents.
Printing and finishing
Branding is applied with spot UV highlighting, finished with soft-touch lamination. Colour is managed to CMYK with Pantone spot matching available for brand-critical elements.
Made to order
Size, board grade, insert shape and finishing are all specified per project. We produce from a low minimum order quantity, provide a pre-production sample for approval, and ship worldwide from our Shenzhen, Guizhou and Chengdu facilities.
