Mailer Boxes

For subscription boxes and e-commerce fulfilment, mailer boxes often decide whether the product arrives looking like the brand it came from. Self-locking flaps close without tape and survive the parcel network intact. That is the brief we start from — structure first, decoration second.

Materials begin at E/B flute corrugated, self-locking; films, inserts and reinforcements are specified against how the goods will be handled, not just how they look on a render. We print CMYK + Pantone, foil stamping and finish with Matte / gloss lamination, spot UV.

500 pcs minimum, 12–15 days lead time after sample approval. You get a dieline, a plain sample for fit-checking, and a printed sample before the run; cartons ship flat or assembled to suit your line.
