Eyelash Retail Window Box started from a single constraint: the product is tiny and the category is crowded — the box had to sell from two metres away. The failure mode we had to design out first was bottle leakage staining the tray — everything else in the specification follows from that.

Structure

We resolved it with a drawer-style rigid box, sized to the actual contents rather than to a stock die-line. A moulded pulp tray holds each piece at a fixed position, so the pack arrives square and opens the same way every time.

Materials

Pearlescent paper carries the load. Board grade and wall thickness are matched to the weight and fragility of the contents, so the box survives palletised freight without corner crush or lid bow.

Printing and finishing

Branding is applied with hot-foil stamping and finished with matte lamination with spot UV. Colour runs to CMYK, with Pantone spot matching for brand-critical marks and a printed proof before the run.

Quality control

Each run is checked against the approved sample: dimensions, insert fit, colour density and finish adhesion. Drop and stack tests are available for export shipments.

Applying this to your project

Listed by a national drugstore chain in the first season after launch. Die-line, insert tooling and board spec are kept on file, so repeat runs need no re-tooling. Send us product dimensions and target quantity for a quote against this structure.
